Two Washington, DC-based boxers scored knockout victories in Greensboro, NC on Saturday, August 19th. Welterweight Johnathan "Bad Badger" Baxter won the vacant UNBC Welterweight title with a second-round knockout of Isaiah Robinson on Durham, NC. Baxter is now 8-1, seven KO's while Robinson is 3-6, two KO's.
Baxter's cousin, super middleweight Quinton Taylor, made his pro debut with a first-round knockout of Keshair Lindsey of Wilson, NC. Lindsey is 0-2.
