Edgewood Arsenal, MD super lightweight Emanuel "Tranzformer" Taylor has scored a third-round knockout tonight over Carlos "Zurdo" Aguilera of Chiapas, Mexico at the Grundy Arena in Bristol, PA.
The bout was stopped at 1:07 of the third. With the win, Taylor is now 20-4, 14 KO's. Aguilera falls to 10-18, four KO's.
Also on the card, Samuel Amoako of Silver Spring, MD dropped a four-round unanimous decision to Samuel Teah of Philadelphia, PA. Teah won by shutout (40-36) across the board. Amoako's record falls to 21-13, 15 KO's. This is Amoako's ninth straight loss, eighth straight by unanimous decision. Teah is now 8-1-1, two KO's.
