Nicholson Battles Aleem On Stevenson-Williams Undercard July 29 In Quebec City!

Beltway Boxers will be invading Quebec City, Canada on Friday, July 29 as three boxers will be involved in two crucial contests at the Centre Videotron.

We've already told you about the main event -- Laurel, MD light heavyweight Thomas "Top Dog" Williams, Jr. will challenge Quebec's Adonis "Superman" Stevenson for Stevenson's WBC World Light Heavyweight title.

Now comes word that two top Beltway middleweight prospects will face each other in a very interesting 10-round contest.  Demond "D Best At It" Nicholson of Laurel will take on undefeated Immanuwel "Manolo" Aleem of Richmond, VA.  Nicholson (17-1, 16 KO's) went the distance for the first time in his pro career in his last outing when he won an eight-round unanimous decision over Joshua Okine on April 1 at the DC Armory.  Aleem (16-0, nine KO's) is coming off an eight-round unanimous decision victory over Jonathan Cepeda on April 19 in Bethlehem, PA.

This contest, the first scheduled 10-round bout for both men, may open the PBC On Spike telecast on that evening.
