Undefeated Waldorf, MD super lightweight Mike "Yes, Indeed" Reed returns to action in what could be a very tough eight-round contest when he faces Abraham "Bombi" Cordero of Guadalajara, Mexico on Friday, March 18 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Reed (17-0, 10 KO's) comes off a seventh-round TKO over Rondale Hubbert on November 7 in Las Vegas, NV. Cordero (13-2-1, seven KO's) makes his United States debut after competing exclusively in Mexico. Cordero last fought on August 1 and won an eight-round split decision over Rafael Guzman in Guadalajara. Cordero is a former WBC Youth Silver lightweight champion but had to relinquish the title on the scales.
