Three Amateur Cards End Strong November!

Now that the pro portion of the month has come and gone, the amateur boxers in the area can take center stage.  We have three amateur cards coming up in the next couple of weeks.

Two of the cards take place on Saturday, November 22.  One will be at the Outreach Christian Center located at 6701 Clinton Manor Drive in Clinton, MD promoted by Keystone Boxing.  If you are interested in having boxers participate on the card, call 202-809-2405.  Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.  For more information on tickets, call 301-899-2430.  The card begins at 4 PM.

Over in Baltimore, MD, there will be a card on the same afternoon at the famed Mack Lewis Gym at 913 North Bond Street.  You are asked to give a $20 donation.  Also, the gym plans to show the Manny Pacquiao-Chris Algieri card on site.  For more information on that card, call 443-804-8906.

Then on the following Saturday, November 29, there will be a card promoted by the Baltimore Boxing Club at the Myers Pavilion, located at 4300 West Bay Avenue in Brooklyn, MD.  The main event of the contest is a battle for the vacant East Coast 165-pound championship between Rashad Kilpatrick of Washington, DC and Donald Wallace of Baltimore.

Also on the card, Joey Veazey battles Jesse Singletary and Maryland State Junior Middleweight champ Allen Burris is also on the card.  Bleacher seats are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Floor seats are $35.  VIP seats are $50 and tables are $350 and $500.  For more information, call 410-375-9175.
