Guerrero Wins Unanimous Decision in Delaware; Bratton Bout Scratched in Pennsylvania!

Salisbury, MD cruiserweight Alex Guerrero remained undefeated with a dominant performance Friday night at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino in Dover, DE winning a six-round unanimous decision over Kamarah Pasley of Philadelphia, PA.

According to my Fightnews.com colleague Kurt Wolfheimer, Guerrero’s power was evident, as his hard rights and combinations forced Pasley to clinch and fight defensively throughout. Pasley was never in this one, as all three judges scored the bout 60-53 across the board.

Guerrero is now 11-0-1, five KO's.  Pasley drops under .500 at 6-7-2, two KO's.

At Harrah's Philadelphia Casino in Chester, PA, Baltimore, MD heavyweight Aaron Bratton's bout was one of a number of contests that was cancelled shortly before the card was slated to begin.  No reason was given for the cancellations.

Congratulations on the win Alex! Now it is time to take a step up and fight someone like July or Kisner

Aaron Bratton's opponent came to the weigh in but did not show up for the fight. Word is that he will be suspended by the Pa boxing committee.
