Who does Thompsons train with and where was his camp, if he has one, for this fight? Anyone have any info on how his camp/preparation/sparring went? Like to see him win again.

My money on you Tony! Go get em TIGER!

His camp was local for this fight. He did his sparring at Keystone in the mornings and his strength & conditional was done offsite in the afternoons. He brought a couple different sparring partners from out of town to give him rounds. Mr. Mooney came up from Florida for the last month of camp to oversee his training. Tony is visibly in much better shape than when he fought Price in February.

Hey Paul,Mooney and everybody else are only as good as the individuals they work with, that's what fighting/boxing is all about my friend. Take it from someone who has been there, done that, Tony's heart and desire to win as well as his body shots carried him thru, not to mention his experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on your opinion, I just beg to differ. Mooney is a true friend of mine,I'm not hating on him either.

Hey Anonymous, I've been there and done that too.

How can you hate on my opinion when I stated a fact? Someone asked who was Mooney and I stated who he was.

Trust me. I give Tony big props, he knew how to turn up. Ask him who got him in the best shape ever. Mr Anonymous if you know boxing you know once you get cracked on that jaw, not only heart and will but conditioning plays a major role in getting through that deep water.

Tony brought in strength & conditioning coach BB Hudson from Southern Cal, who was with him from day one of this camp and also should be given his due. Tony battled some foot injuries in this camp but was still in great shape.
