Harrison Returns to Action February 23 in Atlantic City; Ballard Has Opponent for Pro Debut in Detroit!

Undefeated DC welterweight Dusty Harrison returns quickly to action as he has been added to the Saturday, February 23 card at Bally's Event Center in Atlantic City, NJ.  Harrison (12-0, eight KO's) fought on February 8 in Wilmington, DE and scored a third-round TKO over Kelly Wright.  No word yet on Harrison's opponent for the scheduled six-round bout.

Meanwhile, Temple Hills, MD super middleweight D'Mitrius Ballard has an opponent for his pro debut on February 23 at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, MI. Ballard will face Coy Witt of Richlands, VA (2-2, one KO) in a four-round contest.

Ballard is still slated to be on the rescheduled Danny Garcia-Zab Judah card on Saturday, April 27 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.  By the way, two other Beltway Boxers are slated to be on that card, ironically, both from Maryland's Eastern Shore.  Salisbury, MD middleweight Fernando Guerrero will still have his title shot against WBO champion Peter Quillin and Berlin, MD middleweight Joshua Snyder is slated to take on Boyd Melson in a six-round contest.

According to boxrec.com, Harrison just won the vacant USA Delaware State welterweight title. Is that title now on the line when he fights in Atlantic City, NJ? How does future fights in Washington DC?
Is Mike "No Joke" Stewart still fighting?
