Arlington, VA junior welterweight "The Mongolian Mongoose" Bayan Jargal will face off against undefeated Huntington, NY prospect Chris Algieri in a 10-round contest on Saturday, November 19 at The Paramount in Huntington, Long Island, NY.
Jargal (15-2-3, 10 KO's) is coming off a tough 10-round unanimous decision loss against Bredis Prescott on April 22 in Uncasville, CT. Jargal will be trying to break a two-bout losing streak. Algieri (11-0, six KO's) defeated Julius Edmonds by fourth-round TKO on March 17 at Franklin Square, NY.
The bout will be televised as part of the "Boxeo Azteca" series on the Azteca America channel.

Jargal will never win again since he left arlington gym. Lost 2 since he left.. Normally thats a clue.. 15-0 with Arlington
He had lost fights when he was at Arlington it's just he was given the decision when it should have went the other way.Jargal is a little above average fighter but will never muster out anything in the busniess.
