J.D's superstar never even won a round and looked like a cabbage patch doll when the fight was over.Crawford your instructions in the corner were sad and it appeard you were trying to put on a show for the camera. There is alot to be said for you even being in the corner. You should be ashamed, but I guess what goes around comes around.

i think jargal could have won the fight if he would have let his hands go more, he was pressing him he just didn't throw...best of luck

jargal pressed but didn't let his hands go, prescott was out worked in his two losses, withstand his power, out work him, it would have been an easy win for jargal!....best of luck in future fights.

Jargal didn't let his hands go because he couldn't. Every time he got set to throw a punch he was being hit. The problem is that jargal gets set before everything. The new addition in his corner shouldve picked up on this. Valiant effort but he will not beat many people who aren't intimidated by his clubbing punches.

Good job J.D.Brown
you and your new trainer are looooooooosers.

Jargal tried his best he really did. He showed why he was a former BATB rookie of the year. He didn't quit even though his eyes were almost swollen shut at the end of the night. I couldn't understand the corner's instructions prior to the last round. I know that he told Jargal at least 5 things to do before the last round. It was obvious to everyone that Jargal had won 1 round at most and needed a KO to win the fight. But there were no instructions from his corner to that effect. However, Jargal is all fighter, and I don't think he understands much english at all. In the 10th round he pressed the attack and tried for the KO, he just couldn't pull it off. Very unimpressed with the corner and Crawford is a guy who has trained amateurs and pros for years. I just couldn't understand why he was telling the kid to do this, this, this, this, this, and that. Oh well, I'm not saying the corner lost that fight for Jargal, Prescott showed he is world class. But Jargal ain't too far below that himself.

Hey J.D.
who's crying now.
You snake.

I don't know about being close to world class. He got punished by a basic...strong but basic prescott. I would put jargal in with todd wilson and or dean white. Let him beat up on them and then take another tough fightm jargal needs to fight guys like these who can't hurt him but will put up a little bit of struggle. Jargal will beat either and this will better prepare him for a tough fight rather than fighting bums that fall over when he touches them.

The only thing Todd Wilson can beat is his meat

I agree with you. I stated that those two opponents would put up a fight, definately not win but give more opposition than jargals recent dead weight opponents. He get used to people presenting a minor challenge.... This would better prepare him for stiffer competition. Again I'm not saying wilson or white can come close to wining, but reggie nash did clean bayan's clock but then fell due to his weak chin. So it is boxing so anything is possible. Look at lange... So punchy he has trouble walking in a straight line but because he has money behind him he continues to win and geting closer to. A money fight.again anything is possible.

jimmy lange doesn't deserve to be killed or hurt in the ring because daddy needs hide some money.

Jargal look very confused in that fight. The corner instruction were horrible. I was shocked when I saw the corner in that fight. I thought Jargal was trained by Taylor. Jargal has a better change with Taylor as his corner man. Crawford doesn't know him as a fighter AND IT SHOWED by putting together a very weak fight plan. If Jargal wants to continue losing, keep doing what your doing and stick with Crawford and J.D (The biggest snake in Boxing). If you want to start winning again, Have Taylor in your corner, remember him, the coach that got you this far in the first place? Good Luck Jargal, wake up and realize that if your going to have the name mongoose, THEN KILL THAT SNAKE J.D AND GET AWAY FROM HIM. HE IS KILLING YOUR BOXING CAREER.

shit willie taylor is the one who was really screwed because willie taylor brought jargal to jd. and then jd turns on willie and sets him up with crawford. man that is some serious bullshit!

Issue 1) Bayan Jargal is still on the upside of his career. I have seen nearly all of his fights and the distinct difference in this fight is that I don't think he threw more than 3 or 4 body shots the entire fight. He pressured the guy but when he got close he went upstairs. Anyone that has seen him knows that is not his style at all. He is a pressure guy with slick defense and talent to the body. I cannot figure out why he was trying to box that guy.

Issue 2) What the hell was JD Brown doing in the corner? And Crawford, are you kidding me? Where the hell was Willie Taylor? I thought Willie Taylor had Jargal. At least Willie was with him in his last fight in Atlantic City where he was clearly robbed but looked damn good.

Issue 3) If there is a downside to this story its that this kid in the upswing of his career is being mishandled by JD Brown. How the hell do you take a kids trainer away from him just before the biggest fight of his career?

JD, if you are reading this you should be ashamed of what you are doing that kids career. Fighters need trust in their corners. That kid was confused as hell on the biggest night of his career. This is a kid that not long ago people were expecting him to have a look at a title.

The best advice Jargal can get is go back to where you started and keep it simple. Simple, honest, uncomplicated style and simple, honest no-frills team around you. In other words, get rid of JD Brown before you look up and your career is done and God forbid your are hurt.

Bayan was taken to J.D. by Willie.
Brown proceeded to dismantle Jargals mind and brainwash him to think that willie was bad for him and all the people that surrounded him were not there to help just take away from him.Willie Taylor might not be the best trainer for him but J.D.Brown surely isn't any good for him.Brown as many other people in boxing have nothing posative to offer they are just there to take what ever they can get from those that have already paid the price.Since everyone is offering their advice to Bayan here goes mine.
Jargal if you can legally cut ties with Taylor and Brown I suggest you do it and anyone associated with them. This includes the goofy guy they had working the corner your last fight.
He is an embarresment to you.
Look for someone new who will really look out for your best interest.
You seem to be a good person so don't let these group of people
destroy your carrer.

you are a little wrong about willy taylor. he took jargal to jd for a little help.i am sure he did not have plans to hurt jargal in any way as far as i can see willy did a very good jod with jargal. i seen him fight a few times and he look good so willy done something right. not saying he is the best but he did good with jargal.

And once again, no guts to put your name behind these comments. That's why I may have to cut these anonymous posters off again!

Gary I agree that anon's aren't the bravest people around but there is something to what they say about this guy J.D.Brown.I knew him twenty two years ago and he has always had a shady side to him.
