Orji Loses Unanimous Decision in Pittsburgh!

Laurel, MD's Ikem "The Warrior" Orji lost an eight-round unanimous decision to "Lightning" Rod Salka tonight at the Heinz Field VIP Tent in Pittsburgh, PA.

According to MaxBoxing.com's Alec Kohut, Orji fought well throughout the bout and never was in trouble, but the movement of Salka proved to be the difference in the bout as Orji was never able to get his power shots off. Salka won by scores of 77-75 (twice) and 80-72.

Orji is now 6-3, two KO's. Salka remains undefeated at 12-0, three KO's.

I would venture to say that if the scores were that close in Salkas home town that Orji probobly won the fight.

After the beat down on the doo man farmer I would have thought he was in for a victory.

Actually the 77-75 scores are fair. That's how I scored the fight.
The 80-72 was BS.
And yes, it was a hometown fight for Salka.

One lucky punch.
I would hardly call that a beatdown. If there is a rematch you can put your money on Farmer.

Don't know if anyone saw the fight or not or that salka wasn't really using his right at all but he injured his hand two weeks before the fight and again in the first round of fight. I saw it after and it appeared pretty swollen.

I will say this.....Orji is a tough fighter and will fight whoever you put in fron of him. While salka or should i say salkas people make fights and back out of them giving excuses like they found a not so skilled opponent.I know this happened twice to a beltway fighter when he was supposed to fight salka.

You guys are in your own little world down there huh? Lol. Your pissed because Andrew farmer got knocked out by orji and Salka beat him. Bottom line, some prospects have people that can move and improve fighters and some get their fighters knocked out in their hometowns.
