Russell, Jr. Weighs 125 for Cleveland Clash!

Undefeated Capitol Heights, MD featherweight Gary Russell, Jr. weighed in at 125 pounds for his bout at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH. Russell's opponent, Jairo Delgado, came in at 128 pounds.

Bouts on this card are scheduled to be on tonight's ESPN2 Friday Night Fights telecast, but no official word on whether Russell's bout will make the telecast.

Dominic Wade was slated to be on this show, but was pulled off the card without explanation.

Wade was unable to train propperly due to Washington DC's Febuary Blizzard. Don't worry, he will be back stronger than ever. Wade The Blade is the future World Champ.

Lil G trained in the same weather. WTF kind of excuse is that? Furthermore, Wade the Blade is a not so becoming DC magazine. Take my advice and change your name.
You are not on that card because your so called boss is on get back time. You snooze-you lose! You had a chance to sign with Fight Game Inc. You blew that over a year ago. Don't get me twisted here, you surely can fight, but your prioritys are ass-backwards. Please use your mind, not someone elses. Take a note and learn from your co-team mates. No need to get burned by the same fuel. You have trained many years, lots of hard work, think about your future and what helps you-not others.
