Mitchell Wins By Unanimous Decision in Tucson; King Stopped in Chicago!

Playing a little catchup here while still on vacation. Brandywine, MD heavyweight Seth "Mayhem" Mitchell won a six-round unanimous decision over Alvaro Morales on June 26 in Tucson, AZ. Mitchell won by shutout on all three judge's cards to raise his undefeated record to 12-0-1, seven KO's.

In Chicago, IL, Cumberland, MD's Dontre King, fighting as a welterweight, was stopped in the fourth round by local prospect Achour Esho. King is now 1-5-1 while Esho remains undefeated at 3-0, two KO's.

Three other local boxers were slated to fight over the past weekend but their bouts were cancelled or changed for unspecified reasons.
