The comeback continues for DC super middleweight Demetrius Davis. Davis will take on undefeated Rowland Bryant of Altamonte Springs, FL in a six-round bout this Saturday, January 17 at the Rock Church Auditorium in Kissimmee, FL.
Davis (18-14-5, seven KO's) has done well in his last two bouts, winning an eight-round unanimous decision over Brian Norman on May 3 in District Heights, MD and fighting to a disputed eight-round draw with then-undefeated Tommy Karpency on June 13 in Baltimore, MD. Davis is 1-4-1 since returning to the ring in May of 2007.
Bryant (14-0, nine KO's) has not fought since October of 2006 when he won a six-round unanimous decision over Billy Thompson in Tunica, MS.
