Silver Spring-based Ben Ankrah lost a 10-round unanimous decision to world-rated junior welterweight Mike Arnaoutis last night at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City.
According to Fightnews.com, Arnaoutis connected all night long with stinging punches, then picked it up in the eighth and closed strong. Scores were 100-90, 100-90, 96-94.
Arnaoutis is now 21-2-2, 10 KO's while Ankrah falls to 11-8, three KO's.
