'Untouchable' Vinson Slated For Return in Connecticut September 27!

Olympic bronze medalist Clarence "Untouchable" Vinson of DC is slated for a return to action on Saturday, September 27 at the Harbor Yard Arena in Bridgeport, CT.

Vinson (16-2, seven KO's) has not fought since winning a 10-round unanimous decision over Robert Da Luz on June 23, 2007 at Howard University's Burr Gymnasium in DC. The bout was for a regional title, but Vinson came in over the bantamweight limit and could not claim the belt.

Vinson is scheduled to fight as a super bantamweight for this six-round encounter against an opponent to be named.

why is he fighting. The local 14 & 15 year old amateurs are making him quit during sparring sessions. You guys need to know when to call it quits.

While there was some hate in that comment, there is some truth in that comment as well. After all, the man did tell Rahman to stick his arms straight out as a form of defense against Lennox in the rematch. The coaching wa ssomething like, when he gets close to you, stick your arms straight out, they're too big, he can't punch around them. Can you recall what rock was doing when Lennox landed that KO punch?

That being said, Vinson has serious talent. Offense, defense, hand speed, head movement, footwork, the whole package. Give thos attributes to Barry Hunter, and we have a world champ on our hands!!!

r u joking! barry hunter will never ever be an adrian davis. barry hunter has never even laced
on a pair of gloves you retard.
furthermore, if these new kids are beating up on vincent like that, can u imagine what a man will do to that little fag.

Mr looneytoon wannabe imposter is at it again!

Barry Hunter sure gives great instructions for someone who never laced on a pair of gloves.

And if Vinson's a "little fag", that's really none of anybody's business. But it does sound like you gotta raging hard right ready for him.

BTW... AD's hands straight out is a valid defense. Foreman and Roy Jones used it well. As long as you don't stick your head straight up in the air like Rahman did.

It's one thing to be critical of Snow... but this shear HATRED thing is just plain ignorant.

peace and blessing to all......I watch Clarence in the amatures and he was promised to be something. Between then and now, some fighters take a different lane>>>>>>>> This could be a very dangerous fight for him,and not because of his opponent but by trying to prove he still has it just might make him suspect!
