New Beltway Boxing Poll: Will It Be Nicklow or Rivera?

The new Beltway Boxing Poll concerns the main event on Friday, July 25 at Du Burns Arena in Baltimore, MD. Who will win the big Beltway Boxing matchup: Jessie "The Beast" Nicklow (18-0-1, seven KO's) or George "War Time" Rivera (8-2, three KO's)?

Looking forward to the voting.

In life everyone has their own road to make it to the top. Every fight george had he either won or lost legitimately. I can't say the same for the other guy.

Jake's a fine looking man to match that great personality with a beautiful wife and kids.

Money problems? How could he have money problems after allthe money he stole from Matt Hill and all the fighters that he is the manager, trainer, booking agent, and promoter for. If there is one person in the Beltway area that fight after fight breaks the Ali Act laws, it is Jake "the Snake" Smith. Don't people realize anything about a man who carries a nickname like that?
And if there are any doubts, speak to Mark Tucker, who sold over four hundred tickets to the last show and was paid diddly squat. Snakey, snakey.

Yes, thats true about Jake the Snake. He does steal money from his fighters. One instance, I know for fact that he got paid under the table for making the match between Henry Mayes fight in Providence couple months ago. And he thought Henry was gonna lose but he didnt care because he was getting paid. But surprise to everyone that Henry wins that fight and Jake made the second fight with the guy. And made the money twice! Very bad person he is.
If you wanna more about him getting just ask Jimmy Burchfield.
But I doubt he will tell the truth.
Yes, Jake is a thief, one of the worst in beltway history.

Ohh, what a shock. A sleezey promoter. That's a story...

That's straight BS about Jake The Snake! He's one of the good guys in the boxing business!

You'll see what kind of heart George Rivera has on Sept. 5th! The bout has been rescheduled and George will win in an "upset"!

If Jake Smith is one of the good guys in the business then the business is in sad shape. Not only does he constantly break the Ali Act, which was put in place to protect fighters, but he is a petty, mean spirited, small minded man. Definitely not most peoples description of a "good guy"!
